Pressurised systems for painting and / or drying
All standard tecno azzurra machines are ce marked and ready for use.
Standard configuration:
- over-spray reduction system by wall or floor-mounted extraction
- structure made of thermal insulating and self-supporting insulated panels
- emergency door and sliding doors for entering/exiting pressurized system
- air emission chamber complete with viledon filter in oil bath
- control panel complete with all components necessary for correct operation of lv system. Timer for extraction of fumes before operator enters inside pressurized system
- atex lighting
- area for complete installation of air extraction unit
- pressurization unit complete with synthetic pre-filter, electric fan, support structure and manual shutter for regulating incoming air
- thermo-radiating unit integrated in pressurization unit and complete digital heat adjustment system
Optional:
- inverter for digital regulation of incoming air
- device for visual control of pressurization inside painting system
- dividing wall between painting room and storage room
- “energy saving” system using inverter
- unit for introduction of air into storage room by means of horizontal air flow
- air emission unit with humidifying, dehumidifying and heat recovery system, with direct heating using riello burner
